Hello, I'm Tina.
As someone who has been making art since the age of three, I’ve always believed that creativity is not a rare gift, but a natural part of being human. It lives in all of us, waiting to be remembered, reawakened, and expressed. My path as an artist has led me through a rich, multidisciplinary journey, and I hold two Bachelor’s Degrees from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan.
Alongside my creative roots, I’ve pursued extensive training in healing modalities, including:
-
Trauma-Informed Breathwork
-
Sacred Plant Allies
-
Usui Holy Fire® Reiki
These studies, combined with my own lived-in experience, have shaped me into a trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to holistic, body-centered healing.
Over the past few years, I’ve immersed myself in alternative and integrative healing practices, grounded in the belief that true transformation begins within. My journey has been anything but linear, marked by moments of deep pain, radical clarity, and a powerful return to the wisdom held in the body.

True Transformation Begins Within.

Much of this work has involved tending to the wounded inner child and embracing the parts of myself that once felt unworthy, unseen, or exiled. Through gentle shadow work and radical self-love, I’ve come to understand that healing means making space for all of who we are, not just the light, but the grief, rage, fear, and longing too.
Through a unique blend of art as therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system-aware guidance, I help others reconnect with their creativity, their bodies, and their innate power to self-heal. Whether through breath, movement, or art-making, we begin to listen differently to ourselves and to the stories that live beneath the surface.
I believe we are super-natural beings having a human experience and that through intentional reconnection with ourselves, we not only heal from the inside out, but ripple change outward into our communities and the world.
This is a space for remembering. For coming home.
To your body. Your story. Your creative fire.
To the child within. And the shadows longing to be loved.
With Love,
Tina T.
FAQs
Curious about what to expect, how sessions work, or if I am the right fit for you? You’re not alone. I’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions I receive, so you can feel clear, supported, and confident as you take your next step.
Trauma-informed art therapy is a gentle and creative way to process emotions, memories, and experiences through visual expression instead of words alone. It combines the science of the nervous system with the language of creativity (the language of your soul) — helping you reconnect with safety, self-expression, and meaning through art, movement, and ritual.
Healing doesn’t require reliving your trauma. Instead, we move with presence and purpose, guided by the natural rhythm of your breath and the subtle cues of your body.
Not at all. Creativity is the core of all humans, it’s your soul’s unique language. It’s how you feel, see and move through the world.
This work isn’t about creating something perfect — it’s about allowing what lives inside you to be expressed safely. No artistic skill or experience is required — only curiosity and openness.
Each session is unique and guided by what your body and emotions need that day. It may include grounding exercises, guided art practices, breathwork, intuitive movement, or gentle conversation. The focus is on creating safety and connection in your body while allowing creative flow to lead the way.
To get started, just reach out via email or the contact form on my website. I’ll respond promptly to answer your questions and help you explore the best next steps. From there, we can schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to find the right fit for you. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
While traditional talk therapy focuses on the mind, trauma-informed art therapy works with the body and subconscious. It supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and creative integration — bridging psychology, somatics, and spirituality.

Yes — my sacred offerings are for all humans, regardless of where you are on your journey.
Whether you’re brand new to holistic healing or have years of experience with somatic practices and energy work, you are welcome here. My work is designed to support those who are curious, open-hearted, and ready to explore deeper layers of their being — to reconnect with their innate wisdom, truth, and power.
The spaces I hold are safe, inclusive, and heart-led. I work with people of all genders, identities, orientations, backgrounds, and ages — including children and families. Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing and awakening.
If you feel the call to rediscover who you are and who you’re becoming, these offerings are for you.
Yes, I work with children ages 4 and up, and I welcome individuals of all genders and identities. For all sessions involving minors, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present for the entire duration of the session. This is essential for the safety, comfort, and support of the child.
Please note: Parents or guardians may not leave the space during the session. If they do, the session will be forfeited without a refund or reschedule.
