Creativity is more than making art.

It’s a way of listening inward, building trust with your intuition, and giving form to what is present within you.

I offer guided creative workshops for women’s retreats, private groups, and intentional gatherings as a supportive way to integrate deeper emotional and somatic work through embodied expression.

Through simple breathwork, grounding practices, and intuitive art-making, participants are guided into a process of self-discovery and expression. Creativity becomes a bridge for release, reflection, and integration offering both internal clarity and something tangible to take home.

This guided creative experience is designed for women's retreats, private groups and intentional gatherings as a way to integrate deeper inner work through embodied expression.

Many retreat spaces move through emotional release, somatic practices, or expanded states of awareness. This experience offers a grounded and accessible bridge for integration through creativity, presence, and hands-on making.

Through somatic grounding and intuitive creative facilitation, participants are guided out of overthinking and into embodied expression.

The creative process becomes a reflection of how we move through life navigating uncertainty, trusting inner guidance, and allowing expression without perfection.

Throughout the experience, participants are supported with curiosity, encouragement, and gentle guidance as they move through moments of hesitation or self-doubt.

By the end of the session, each participant leaves with a finished handmade piece that reflects their individual creative process along with a deeper lived experience:

The embodied experience of trusting themselves to create.
